Job summary

IREN is a vertically integrated AI Cloud provider delivering data centers and GPU clusters. Construction Supervisor - Network leads installation of structured cabling, fiber optics, and networking hardware in data centers.

You will supervise field teams and coordinate across electrical, mechanical, and IT disciplines to meet safety and design standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential; 5+ years in network infra with data center experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degrees preferred.
• 5+ years in network infrastructure installation with 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience in data centers or mission-critical facilities is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors and technicians installing network infrastructure.
• Review drawings and work packages to ensure design conformance.
• Monitor progress and report to Construction Manager.
• Ensure safety standards and industry regulations are followed.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and IT teams for integration.
• Maintain documentation and support commissioning activities.
