Qualifications

• 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
• 1+ years of computer networking experience.
• High school or equivalent diploma.

Responsibilities

• Manage work and priorities through ticketing system and workflows to complete customer requests and projects.
• Collaboration with various stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
• Troubleshoot networking, routing and interconnectivity issues, including device configuration.
• Travel up to 90% within the geographic work area; some travel may be international.
• Troubleshoot cabling infrastructure connectivity issues and patch panels.
• Specify Power and Cooling requirements and ensure hardware stacking.
• Participate in migration and rollout of new or upgraded hardware.
• Move and lift computer equipment up to 40 lbs; support 24/7 operations.
