The role involves supporting next-generation networks, automating processes, and assisting in scalable deployment across data centers. You will work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and help drive stability and operational best practices for enterprise networks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of computer networking experience.
• 1+ years of Linux operating systems experience.
• 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing work and priorities through ticketing system and workflows to complete customer requests and projects.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
• Troubleshooting networking, routing and interconnectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords.
• Specifying Power and Cooling requirements and ensuring Hardware Racking/Stacking completed for new equipment.
• Participating in the migration, basic configuration and rollout of new or upgraded hardware.
