Qualifications

• 1+ years of computer networking experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage work and priorities via ticketing system and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
• Troubleshoot networking, routing and interconnectivity issues, including patch panels and cords.
• Specify power and cooling requirements and ensure hardware stacking is completed for new equipment.
• Participate in migration, basic configuration and rollout of new hardware.
