Adolfson & Peterson Construction is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent focused on Commissioning, primarily for a large data center project. You will direct field operations, safety, productivity, and trades coordination under the Project Manager, collaborating with owner and design teams.

The role emphasizes safety in an IIF culture, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, quality control, and preconstruction planning for complex projects typically under $75 million.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field with 6+ years of directly related experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent with 10+ years of directly related experience.
• Proficiency with CM software such as Procore, P6, MS Project, Excel, AutoCad, and project management software.
• Solid understanding of building plans and specifications, value engineering, and life cycle costing.
• Proven results in driving safety initiatives and compliance.
• Current or ability to become current with OSHA 30 and company safety requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Take personal responsibility for working safely within an incident and injury free (IIF) culture.
• Manage on-site construction activities.
• Understand all the plans, specifications, and details for the project; maintain updated construction drawings as a permanent record.
• Schedule and procure tools, equipment, and materials necessary for the project; ensure crews are trained; conduct toolbox talks.
• Provide information in the project start-up and close-out meetings.
• Ensure trade contractors meet the schedule and quality while maintaining positive relationships.
• Manage, review, and control all project schedules, cost codes, budgets, and production units for the project.
• Ensure project quality based on AP’s quality management programs; monitor and update QC plans.
• Perform required quality inspections and observations daily/weekly.
• Troubleshoot jobsite challenges and document corrections, changes, and requests.
• Schedule and direct inspections with city officials and agencies as required.
• Lead and manage all site-related meetings.
