MRINetwork is seeking a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager for a data center project in the Buffalo, WV region. The role involves assisting the Project Manager across all project phases, managing submittals, RFIs, change orders, and budgets, and coordinating with Owners and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience with commercial or industrial mechanical projects, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead multi-discipline meetings.

Formación

• Solid communication skills and ability to document decisions clearly.
• Ability to establish timelines and budgets for large multi-discipline projects.
• Experience in cost estimation and negotiating with subcontractors.
• Proven record of career stability and project management success.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Project Manager in managing and supervising all phases of assigned projects.
• Manage the submittal process and respond to RFIs as needed.
• Assist in negotiating change orders and maintain change order logs.
• Work with the Project Manager to manage the project budget and expenses.
• Interface with the Owner and assemble project records and close-out documents.
• Prepare and manage schedules and coordinate punch-list inspections with subs.
