Job summary

NorthMark Strategies LLC seeks a Procurement Associate for Mechanical Equipment to buy MBA‑level gear for our OFCI data center program. You will issue and administer POs, expediting long‑lead deliveries, and coordinate with our EPC partner to align with the construction schedule.

This hands‑on role requires 4–6 years of direct procurement experience for capital equipment or engineered systems, strong Excel skills, and ERP/Dynamics 365 knowledge.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of direct procurement experience with hands‑on buying responsibility for capital equipment or engineered systems.
• Experience buying mechanical equipment: chillers, cooling towers, air handling, pumps, HVAC packages.
• Strong Excel and tracking discipline; ERP/purchasing experience.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, freight terms, payment milestones, warranties; strong supplier communications.

Responsibilities

• Execute and administer purchase orders for owner‑furnished mechanical equipment and related systems.
• Expedite long‑lead equipment; track milestones, ship dates, and delivery status against schedule milestones.
• Coordinate OFCI delivery logistics with the EPC and site teams, including freight, laydown, and receiving docs.
• Manage full PO lifecycle in ERP: change orders, milestone payments, invoice discrepancies, and closeout.
• Track submittals, FAT/CAT schedules, and support OS&D and warranty claims with vendors and freight carriers.
