Job summary

Fleet Data Centers is seeking an experienced supply chain leader to head procurement of mechanical cooling equipment for data center development projects. You will own end-to-end RFx management and supplier onboarding, coordinating with OEMs and integrators to meet aggressive build timelines.This role requires a deep background in data center infrastructure, strong analytics, and a track record of achieving cost savings while sustaining reliability.

Location flexibility in several U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
• 10+ years in mechanical equipment supply chain; 3–5 years in data center infra.
• Deep understanding of data center systems and vendors.
• Experience in fast-paced, large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain tools, data analytics, and BI.
• Excellent PM, contract, change, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of sustainability and social responsibility in supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with objectives.
• Lead end-to-end RFx processes from initiation to award.
• Assess supplier capacity via industry analysis and base assessments.
• Onboard, qualify suppliers and manage new product development.
• Drive supplier performance and relationship management.
• Monitor risks and manage category lifecycle and sustainability.
