CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Manager to lead on-site operations of a critical facility in Plano. You will supervise technicians, manage server maintenance and installations, and drive improvements for uptime and performance.

The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams and mentoring staff. You will oversee 24/7 operations, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement best practices, ensuring scalable and reliable infrastructure for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center operations with leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of servers, networking, and cooling.
• Proficiency with the Linux operating system.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution capabilities.
• Experience with data center management tools and software.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead a team.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 on-call environment.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of data center technicians through daily operations including server maintenance, equipment installation, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and implement best practices for data center operations to maximize efficiency, uptime, and performance.
• Perform regular inspections and audits of data center equipment and infrastructure to maintain optimal performance.
• Respond to and resolve technical emergencies and critical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support client projects and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Train, mentor, and develop junior technicians to build their technical skills and knowledge.
• Work with management to develop and execute strategic initiatives for improved data center performance and scalability.
