Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical discipline training with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must meet physical requirements of the role.
• Proficient in basic math and reporting in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on Mechanical & Engineering systems.
• Respond to Building Management System alarms and carry out emergency repairs.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Record maintenance activities and generate detailed reports.
• Take meter readings from UPS, PDU, and utilities during walkthroughs.
• Follow safety processes and complete required training.
• Inspect site environmental conditions to maintain a safe work environment.
