Job summary

CyrusOne in Allen, TX is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to join our 24/7/365 O&M team. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate routine and corrective maintenance across data center assets to minimize downtime.

This position reports to Sr Facility Manager. The role requires collaborating with Engineering, Operations and Customer teams, managing CMMS work orders, spare parts, and capital project planning, while maintaining safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; advanced degree/certifications in maintenance are a plus.
• Experience in industrial or Data Center maintenance preferred.
• Minimum three years of maintenance planner/scheduler experience.
• Familiarity with Change management processes, Work Order Control procedures and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all submitted work orders to ensure proper preparation.
• Coordinate with Management, Operations and Engineering to minimize downtime.
• Lead communication between Maintenance, Operations and Engineering departments.
• Manage materials planning, project planning and execution.
• Oversee CMMS for scheduling, parts availability and work order closure.
