We are seeking a Maintenance Planner & Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance activities to ensure work is properly prepared and executed with minimal disruption to operations. They will work closely with Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering teams to drive efficiency, improve processes, and support a fast‑paced, mission‑critical data center environment.
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday standard business hours, with flexibility based on site needs and occasional after‑hours support.
Work Location: Initially supporting Aurora, IL during construction; transitioning to Wood Dale, IL site long‑term.
Travel: Occasional travel for training (e.g., Northern Virginia).
Work Setting: Primarily office‑based with periodic time in the data center for audits, cycle counts, and operational support.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform site walkdowns as needed.
Fast‑paced environment requiring strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
