Job summary

CyrusOne is seeking a Maintenance Planner & Scheduler in Lebanon, OH, to join a 24/7/365 Operations & Maintenance team. You will plan, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance with a focus on minimizing interruptions to production.

The role requires coordinating with site groups, managing CMMS, and ensuring safe, efficient operations. You will work with Engineering, Operations and Customers to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities, while controlling

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; advanced degree preferred.
• At least five years of industrial or Data Center experience.
• At least three years maintenance and supervisory experience.
• Three years maintenance planner/scheduler experience.
• Familiarity with Change management, Work Order Control, and CMMS.
• Working knowledge of plant equipment (pumps, piping, heat exchangers, vessels, instrumentation).
• Must use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all submitted work orders to ensure proper preparation.
• Lead open communication between Management, Operations and Engineering.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations and Customers to meet timelines.
• Manage materials planning and inventory for maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate CMMS for scheduling, parts, and man-hours.
• Develop SOPs or job plans for maintenance areas.
• Schedule major and minor site outages minimizing production impact.
• Organize maintenance processes to support safety and environmental efforts.
• Coordinate contracted support to complete tasks in a timely manner.
