Job summary

Circet USA is seeking a Data Center Low Voltage Installation Technician to install, terminate, test, and label high-density cabling in data center and ISP hub environments. You will build pathways and racks, terminate copper and fiber, and perform testing to verify performance and labeling accuracy.

This role requires craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight timelines while following safety protocols and ANSI/TIA standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; telecom/electric background is a plus.
• 1–3 years of commercial low voltage installation or telecom field experience.
• Certifications such as BICSI Installer 1/2 and OSHA 10 are highly valued.
• Understanding ANSI/TIA/EIA-568 color codes and cabling topologies.
• Proficient with punch-down tools, wire strippers, RJ45 crimpers, fiber cleavers, and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, route, and secure cable pathways and racks per specifications.
• Terminate copper and fiber cabling with proper labeling and organization.
• Test and certify link performance using relevant equipment (Fluke/OTDR).
• Label cables and manage documentation per ANSI/TIA-606 standards.
• Assist with basic rack-and-stack and ensure safety compliance on site.
