Job summary

JSET Automated Technologies in the Greater DC area is hiring experienced Low Voltage Electricians/Technicians to support large-scale data center projects. The role focuses on clean conduit work, organized cable routing, and building to exact specifications.

You’ll install conduit, pull and terminate CAT5/6 and fiber, read drawings, perform basic testing, and assist with commissioning. The position offers full-time hours, ongoing training, and potential for leadership as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in low-voltage or commercial electrical work.
• Experience with conduit installation, routing, and terminations.
• Ability to read prints and schematics to build to spec.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50–60 lbs and work at heights.
• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to complete.

Responsibilities

• Install conduit, raceways, and enclosures; route cabling through trays.
• Pull, label, and terminate CAT5/6, fiber, and control wiring.
• Read drawings and schematics to build to specification.
• Perform basic testing and support commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Operate lifts and work overhead as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and code-compliant installations.
• Follow safety requirements and jobsite protocols.
