Job summary

KALCON in Portsmouth, OH seeks a self-starting Low Voltage Project Manager (Owner's Representative) to drive coordination on low-voltage scopes in mission-critical data center projects. You will oversee schedule, cost, quality, safety, and coordination with the Owner, GC, vendors, and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have a BS in CM/Engineering or equivalent, 5–10+ years of experience, Procore proficiency, and strong leadership abilities to operate in a fast-paced multi-project environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-10+ years of experience managing complex construction projects.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience with low-voltage/electrical construction management preferred.
• Data center/mission-critical facility experience preferred.
• Procore proficiency strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support commissioning lifecycle from construction through turnover.
• Coordinate between the Owner, GC, subcontractors, vendors, and design teams.
• Lead schedule coordination, cost control, and safety requirements.
• Maintain document control, PM schedules, and testing activities.
• Manage procurement, OFCI, change orders, and closeout processes.
