Job summary

KALCON is seeking an Electrical Project Manager (Owner's Representative) for mission-critical data center construction in Portsmouth, OH. You will oversee schedule, cost, quality, safety, and coordination of medium- and high-voltage systems, serving as the primary contact between Owner, GC, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-10+ years managing complex construction projects.
• Electrical construction management experience preferred.
• Data center or mission-critical facility experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, document management, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Owner's Representative for all low-voltage scopes.
• Coordinate reviews, contract issuances, design changes, and cost optimization.
• Lead coordination between procurement, construction management, operations, and external contractors.
• Maintain strong relationships with General Contractor and trade partner teams.
• Translate project requirements into executable plans with minimal supervision.
