Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate in Texas to manage inventory and coordinate shipments for our data center operations. You will record incoming items, maintain accurate stock data, and support assembly and site needs with diligence.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and teamwork across procurement, operations, and tech support. A high school diploma and 1 year of logistics experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software; proficient with Excel/Word.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and read documents.
• Familiarity with lifting techniques and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming inventory.
• Maintain inventory records and documentation for items received and shipped.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and carriers.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging for outgoing shipments.
• Transport inventory using material handling equipment and keep workspaces organized.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and data center security measures.
