GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate to support inventory management, shipping/receiving, and equipment assembly in our data center operations.

You will coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, maintain accurate records, and help install server racks under supervision. The role requires lifting and moving heavy items, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data center operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software, plus basic MS Office.
• Ability to read safety rules and procedural documents.
• Ability to lift and move heavy material and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: receive, inspect, record, and reconcile items.
• Shipping/receiving: coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and prepare documents.
• Assembly: assist with server racks setup and cable management.
• Facility maintenance and safety: keep workspace clean and follow safety procedures.
• Collaboration: work with cross-functional teams to fulfill logistics needs.
