GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Weekend Day Shift Logistics Associate to support data center operations. You will manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on logistics tasks, safety compliance, and the ability to lift and move equipment as part of assembling server racks and supporting installations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics/inventory management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: receive, inspect, and record all incoming inventory; maintain records and stock counts.
• Shipping and Receiving: schedule inbound/outbound shipments, prepare documents, labels, and packaging.
• Facility Maintenance: keep work areas clean and organized, assist with disposal of materials.
• Compliance and Safety: follow safety protocols and access controls.
• Support and Collaboration: work with cross-functional teams to meet inventory/logistics needs.
• Assembly: assist in setup/installation of server racks and cable management.
