Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate to support inventory management, shipping and receiving, and server rack assembly in our data center environment.

The role requires handling racks, trays, networking equipment, and other hardware while maintaining accurate records and documentation. You will collaborate with data center operations, procurement, and technical support, ensure safety protocols are followed, and contribute to efficient, organized workspaces.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of logistics or inventory experience.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic office software.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: receive, inspect, and record all incoming inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Shipping and Receiving: coordinate shipments, prepare shipping documents and labels, inspect incoming shipments.
• Assembly: assist in setup and installation of server racks and cable management under supervision.
• Compliance and Safety: follow safety protocols and access controls.
• Support and Collaboration: work with cross-functional teams to fulfill inventory and logistics needs.
• Other duties as assigned with focus on quality, safety and efficiency.
