GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate in Oklahoma to manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and maintain a clean workspace for efficient data center operations.

With at least 1 year in logistics and familiarity with inventory systems, you’ll support cross-functional teams and help ensure accurate receiving, storage, and shipping of hardware and server racks. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming inventory, including racks, networking equipment, and other hardware.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation for items received and shipped.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging for outgoing shipments.
• Upload, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Transport inventory using material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) per safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including storage areas and docks.
• Assist with disposal of packaging materials and obsolete equipment as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and access controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill inventory and logistics needs.
• Assist in setup and installation of server racks and cable management under supervision.
