Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking an on-site Warehouse Associate in Stillwater, OK to support data center operations. You will manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and help install server racks.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and safe handling of heavy items with forklifts and pallet jacks. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate records, timely deliveries, and a clean, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software; proficiency with basic office software (Excel, Word).
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and read safety instructions and procedures.
• Familiarity with lifting techniques and using material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory accurately.
• Maintain inventory records and documentation for items received and shipped.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging for outgoing shipments.
• Assist in setup and installation of server racks and related components.
• Collaborate with data center operations, procurement, and technical support.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
