Qualifications

• 3+ years of logistics operations experience.
• 4+ years of shipping & receiving, inventory and warehousing practices experience.
• 5+ years in a management position with 5 or more direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple spare parts rooms across Data Centers and drive continuous improvements in methods, controls, and staffing.
• Set and monitor performance plans to achieve accuracy and timely inventory movement.
• Develop and execute productivity plans by forecasting work and balancing labor with other managers.
• Determine timelines to meet business and customer expectations and enforce quality standards.
• Lead and participate in audits, meetings, and travel across sites as needed.
