Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in a data-center or logistics setting.
• 3+ years building financial and operational reports for decision-making.
• 4+ years in supply chain, inventory management, or project management.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Logistics Specialists using training programs.
• Create and share accurate inventory metrics with stakeholders.
• Develop metrics to measure employee performance.
• Train hourly associates in department processes.
• Solve problems and make decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Run stock level reports and optimize on-hand stock to cut costs.
• Set and monitor inventory levels to support build/repair.
• Collaborate with logistics purchasing to keep cluster stock at appropriate levels.
• Design and implement strategies to exceed customer expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement through LEAN processes.
