Job summary

Amazon Web Services is hiring a Data Center Logistics Manager to oversee spare parts rooms and drive accurate, timely inventory movement across multiple data centers. You will lead continuous improvement efforts, set performance goals, and partner with senior leaders to maintain quality standards.

The role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while supporting operational excellence across a global network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of logistics operations experience.
• 4+ years of shipping & receiving, inventory and warehousing practices experience.
• 5+ years of work in a management position with 5 or more direct reports experience.

Responsibilities

• Developing performance goals and objectives to achieve customer promise expectations and ensure accuracy and quality.
• Building and executing productivity plans by reviewing work forecasts, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other Logistics Managers to balance labor.
• Determine timelines that meet business and customer expectations; ensure they are met.
• Partnering with the management team to establish and maintain quality control standards.
• Remove roadblocks and obstacles for major initiatives.
