Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a skilled Supply Chain professional to own the end-to-end sourcing and management of contract labor across multiple sites. You will build and maintain a robust supplier network, negotiate MSAs/SOWs, and ensure adherence to union wage requirements while securing site support services as headcount fluctuates.

You will collaborate with Recruiting to develop contractor-to-hire pipelines and workforce-development programs, driving speed and reliability for multi-site operations

Qualifications

• Sourced and managed contract labor and trades at scale across multiple sites.
• Mobilized skilled workforce quickly using rate cards, MSAs/SOWs, and qualification standards.
• Understood union jurisdictions and labor compliance (prevailing wage, Davis-Bacon) across states.
• Procured site-support services (lodging, food, transport, PPE) under fluctuating headcount.
• Partnered with Recruiting on contractor-to-hire programs and workforce-development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for contractor workforce and site services across Fluidstack sites.
• Build and manage a multi-tier supplier network for contract labor.
• Develop preferred-supplier lists and MSAs with pre-negotiated rate cards and qualification standards.
• Manage union-jurisdiction awareness and prevailing wage compliance across states.
• Source and negotiate workforce support services with volume agreements.
• Partner with Recruiting on pipelines and workforce-development programs.
