Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a Warehouse/Data Center Operations role in the United States to manage receiving, shipping, asset tagging, and staging for rapid deployment. You will maintain high inventory accuracy, log assets in real time, and support cycle counts to ensure smooth operations.

You will handle parts for technicians, logistics, and RMA processes under the Logistics Lead, contributing to a fast-paced, high-ownership culture. This role emphasizes hands-on execution in a hyperscale environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a warehouse, data center, or high-volume hardware environment.
• Must maintain inventory accuracy and log in real time.
• Fast, organized, and proactive in securing parts.
• Follow established processes and flag issues early.
• Bonus: asset management systems and barcode/RFID tracking.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day receiving and shipping operations: verify quantities, inspect for damage, and update tracking systems in real time.
• Tag, label, and log assets accurately into asset management systems from the moment they arrive on site.
• Pull and stage parts for technicians and engineers fast - no one waits on you for a part.
• Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain 99%+ accuracy, and flag shortages before they block deployment or break-fix work.
• Keep the warehouse and staging areas organized, safe, and ready for rapid deployment, break-fix, and project material turns.
• Assist with RMA processing, warranty claims, and vendor returns under the direction of the Logistics Lead.
