Job summary

TYG, a global engineering consultancy, is seeking a Data Center Leader to expand its design services in Texas (DFW or Houston). You will lead major projects, nurture key client relationships, and shape a growing regional team.

This role blends technical design leadership with business development, requiring PE licensure in Texas, 12+ years in design/consulting, and a proven network in the data center market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering.
• Professional Engineering license in Texas.
• 12+ years of design/consulting experience with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing large, multidisciplinary projects as a Project Director, including technical planning and client engagement.
• Building relationships with existing and potential clients to broaden market reach.
• Developing annual and long-term business plans, including marketing and staff development.
• Coordinating with leadership on multinational pursuits and global staff mobility.
• Driving business growth in Texas and across the Americas.
