GHD in Houston is seeking a Datacenter Energy Infrastructure Leader to drive the data center energy offering across the United States. You will advise clients on energy strategy, grid interconnection, and availability, connecting multidisciplinary teams from across GHD to deliver integrated solutions.

In this senior client-facing role, you will lead discussions, shape project scopes, and guide delivery from feasibility through handoff, while fostering strong relationships with hyperscalers,

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience in power, utilities or energy infrastructure.
• Experience supporting data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Credibility with hyperscalers, developers, utilities and EPC partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing technical discussions and shape delivery pathways.
• Advise on energy strategy, interconnection and grid constraints.
• Coordinate across multiple GHD sectors to deliver integrated data center energy solutions.
• Support business development and proposal activities.
