Job summary

Integra in Dallas, TX is seeking a Design Manager to lead design and documentation for mission-critical data center projects. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams through design, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule adherence for 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities include ensuring standards compliance, leading BIM coordination, and managing deliverables from concept to construction documents. Hybrid work in Dallas is expected for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven multi-disciplinary design leadership experience on large data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of data center mechanical/electrical infrastructure and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and documentation phases from concept to construction documents.
• Coordinate A/E/C disciplines, ensuring fully coordinated design.
• Ensure design documents meet standards and local/national codes.
• Manage design scope, budget, and schedules.
• Oversee QA/QC of all technical documents before release for construction.
