This role combines technical design expertise with significant client-facing, business development, and project leadership capabilities. Role Overview

This position involves:

• Project Leadership: Overseeing large, multidisciplinary projects as a Project Director, including technical planning, contract negotiations, change management, and client engagement.
• Client Development: Building relationships with existing and potential clients to broaden market reach and expand services.
• Strategic Planning: Developing annual and long-term business plans, including client and project positioning, marketing, and staff development.
• Collaboration: Coordinating with leadership on multinational pursuits, frameworks, and global staff mobility.
• Market Growth: Driving business growth in Texas and across the Americas while contributing to team management in the Southern region.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering.
• Professional Engineering license in Texas.
• 12+ years of experience in design and consulting for clients, with at least 5 years leading multidisciplinary design teams.
• Established network in the Texas data center market.
• Strong technical and leadership capabilities to manage interdisciplinary teams and client relationships.
• Willingness to travel and work with regional and global teams.
