Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Data Center Team Lead for Field Operations in New Albany, OH. You will supervise a team responsible for installation, service, and maintenance of low voltage cabling and data-center infrastructure, with emphasis on fiber optics and high-availability environments.

Responsibilities include leading cable pulls, racking, testing, and ensuring quality connections, while enforcing SOPs and safety standards; requires strong CLI, IT support experience, and travel between

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in a technical discipline or equivalent hands-on experience.
5+ years IT support, hardware diagnostics, and repair in enterprise environments.
2+ years of people management, supervisory, team lead, mentoring or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee installation, service, and maintenance of low voltage cabling and communications cabling.
Lead and mentor a team in pulling cables, racking and stacking equipment, and managing cable infrastructure.
Ensure quality of fiber and copper connections and oversee troubleshooting.
Develop and enforce Method of Procedure (MOP) and Change Method of Procedure (CMOP).
Manage work ticket systems and infrastructure interfaces for project execution.
Oversee documentation and validate port maps, providing advanced troubleshooting support.
