Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Lead to oversee the warehouse team and area, ensuring smooth operations and accurate inventory management. You will lead continuous improvement, coach staff, and ensure safety and policy compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires SAP experience, hands-on use of WMS and scanners, and the ability to manage workloads while maintaining high service levels for customers. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.
• 1 year of experience as a supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and on-time order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; suggest performance improvements.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain key documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
• Safely operate equipment and tools.
• Provide support to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate issues.
• Catalog and track goods and supplies.
• Maintain a clean 7S environment.
