Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Lead to oversee the warehouse team and ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment. You will train and coach staff, assign tasks, and use the SAP system and WMS to maintain records.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and timely order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities; recommend improvements as needed.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish, maintain and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
• Safely operate equipment and provide backup to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment.
