Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead - Data Center for the 1st shift in Omaha, NE (Fri–Mon, 1:30pm–12:00am). You will oversee the warehouse team, ensure inventory accuracy and timely order completion, and coach staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.

Requirements include 2 years in a warehouse, 1 year SAP, and experience with WMS and handheld scanners. High school diploma preferred; overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
• 1 year of SAP experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide positive developmental opportunities; recommend performance improvement actions as needed
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain required documents
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance
• Safely operate various equipment and tools
• Provide support to warehouse management
• Track orders and investigate problems
• Catalog and track goods and supplies
• Maintain 7S program and a clean environment
• Work safely to protect team members
