Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks Senior Consultant(s) to join a new delivery launch services team in Phoenix, AZ, supporting a confidential hyperscale data center client. The role centers on transitioning signed deals from lease execution through to construction mobilization, with focus on preconstruction management and stakeholder engagement.

Successful candidates will coordinate handover checks, track open items, and drive timely closure while aligning with client expectations and internal standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• A degree is not required.
• Experience in data center delivery, preconstruction, or development beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deal intake and handover check, ensuring evidence or gap with owner and resolution date.
• Co-lead project launch on site with client project lead and track actions to completion.
• Coordinate baseline with design/matters as detail matures and drive actions with developer.
• Open item management from due diligence to closure within the launch window.
• Lead weekly preconstruction coordination calls and interface with developers to mobilization.
• Maintain action logs and milestone reporting in a consistent format across the portfolio.
• Interface with developer, client project lead, and internal specialists daily.
• Handover each site to onsite delivery at mobilization with baseline and risk records.
