Responsibilities

• Provide authoritative advice on contracts and procurement for major construction programs.
• Draft RFPs, evaluate proposals and contracts, and support vendor procurement.
• Develop contract structures and schedules for complex, multi-packaging delivery.
• Support end-to-end procurement services and client relationship management.
• Ensure SOX controls are observed where applicable.
