Job summary

Google is seeking a Strategic Negotiator within its Infrastructure Construction and Asset Management (ICAM) Data Center Land Development team to negotiate cost-effective deals for data center infrastructure and supporting facilities. You will work with project teams to manage vendor and partner relationships and present recommendations to tech leadership.

The role focuses on securing power allocations, coordinating with utility providers, and guiding complex real estate transactions for data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience leading negotiations on land entitlements and infrastructure agreements on projects using a combination of internal and external resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations on land entitlements and infrastructure agreements with internal and external resources.
• Present deal recommendations to Google’s Tech leadership.

Education
