Qualifications

• Experience with IT or technology gained through self-study, technical school, or work.
• Must be able to work on-site at the Columbus/Dublin data center and follow security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Handle Tier 1 tickets, daily shift walks, routine audits, and remote hands requests.
• Follow security protocols to manage client access inside the data center.
• Enforce security measures when required and ensure proper equipment handling and transport.
