Job summary

Expedient is hiring an entry-level IT Support Associate in the Upper Arlington data center (OH). You will join the OSC team, receive fully paid training including industry certifications, and gain hands-on experience across virtualization, networking, data protection, Windows, Linux/Unix, and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Industry certification(s) preferred (such as CCNA, CompTIA A+ or Network+)
• A strong passion for IT and evidence of IT experience
• Associate degree in a technical discipline or technical equivalent work experience
• Customer-service experience and professional communication skills
• Willingness to learn quickly and pass pre-employment screens

Responsibilities

• Handle Tier 1 tickets and daily shift tasks
• Follow security protocols for data center access
• Process and prioritize client requests via phone, email or in person
• Log requests and activities in the ticketing system
• Support front desk operations and security checks
