Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an ISP Supervisor to support Inside Plant fiber operations within a large-scale data center environment. The role combines office and on-site duties, overseeing project execution and coordinating field teams to ensure timely delivery across multiple workstreams.

The ideal candidate has field-to-operations progression, strong fiber/cabling knowledge, and excellent communication with project managers, clients, and crews.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in ISP fiber or structured cabling environments.
• Previous leadership experience with progression into supervisory/coordination responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of ISP environments (fiber routing, cabling standards, data center infrastructure).
• Experience supporting project coordination, tracking production, or managing schedules/workflows.
• Ability to oversee multiple crews and ensure alignment across project deliverables.
• Strong communication skills interfacing with project managers, clients, and field teams.
• Experience working in data center environments or similar large-scale builds.
• Proficiency with reporting, documentation, and basic project tracking tools (Excel, etc.).
• Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced data center environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution and coordinate field teams across multiple workstreams.
• Track production, manage workflows, and support scheduling.
• Serve as a central point of communication between project management, field leadership, and clients.
• Provide guidance on fiber optic and structured cabling processes to teams.
• Maintain documentation, report progress, and ensure compliance with data center standards.
