Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Supervisor, Data Center (Non-Exempt) to lead ISP copper and fiber installations on nationwide projects. You will manage installation, termination, splicing, testing, and documentation while driving safety and quality on site.

The ideal candidate has extensive data center experience, lead-crew background, BICSI certification, and multiple manufacturer credentials. Expect 70k+ salary with 100% travel and strong teamwork in a safety-first environment.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of ISP cable installation experience.
• 2+ years of data center buildout experience.
• 2+ years of CO buildout/frame certification experience.
• 2+ years leading crews on site.
• BICSI Installer certification required.
• Minimum of 2 manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Man lift and CPR certifications required.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Performs expert-level fiber and copper cable installation to satisfy customer requirements.
• Adds/removes non-powered and powered cables and equipment per project scope.
• Performs fiber splicing, scoping, testing, and certification for quality deliverables.
• Applies data center infrastructure knowledge to ensure project outcomes.
• Executes IDC termination and coaxial testing per drawings and standards.
• Cables power equipment into active bays and ensures proper terminations.
• Produces redline drawings, test validation, and project deliverables for PM and invoicing.
• Acts as Culture Champion with ALL-IN attitude on safety and participation.
• Oversees time, materials, documentation, tools, and subcontractors on site.
• Leads and trains crew members; upholds safety, quality, and conduct standards.
• Maintains professional communication with customers and internal teams.
• Demonstrates safety leadership and participates in pre-task and safety reviews.
