Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager - ISP to lead Inside Plant construction for data centers, telecom, and fiber projects.

You will act as the primary liaison among customers, subcontractors, vendors, field leadership, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality outcomes. The role requires deep knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, structured cabling, and project delivery, plus strong communication, financial acumen,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience managing ISP construction projects for telecommunications, fiber, data centers, or mission-critical infra.
• Strong understanding of structured cabling systems, fiber networks, and ISP construction practices.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and support on-site project assignments as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISP construction activities for data center, telecom, and fiber projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, contracts, change orders, and performance.
• Coordinate activities between customers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
• Support proposal development, scope definition, procurement planning, and preconstruction activities.
• Identify risks and develop practical solutions to schedule and operability impacts.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance with contract requirements and customer expectations.
