Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Infrastructure Implementation Specialist to act as the onsite technical lead for data center connectivity and infrastructure deployments. The role oversees installation, validation, and delivery of physical network infrastructure, including fiber, copper, and connectivity between racks, rows, and data halls.

The IS ensures deployment readiness, quality of execution, and safe project delivery across enterprise, colocation, hyperscale, and edge environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading connectivity deployment projects.
• Hands-on expertise with fiber optic cabling installation, routing, termination, testing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite technical lead for data center connectivity and infrastructure deployments.
• Oversee installation, validation, and delivery of physical network infrastructure.
• Coordinate fiber/copper deployments across racks, rows, and data halls.
• Ensure installations meet design specs, are tested successfully, and delivered on schedule.
• Perform inspections to verify workmanship, compliance, and operational readiness.
