Job summary

Blueprint Technologies in Redmond, WA is seeking an Inventory & Asset Operations Project Manager to oversee asset movement, inventory accuracy, and lifecycle management in a data center/ lab environment. You will organize equipment, coordinate requests, and improve processes used by engineers and support teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on inventory handling, continuous tracking, and cross-team collaboration across Redmond and Totem Lake sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inventory control, asset management, warehouse or data center operations.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and completing physical inventory audits.
• Experience coordinating hardware movement, asset requests, or lifecycle activities with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong Excel and data-organization skills; able to learn inventory and project-tracking tools.
• Ability to work onsite across Redmond and Totem Lake locations.

Responsibilities

• Own accurate inventory records for lab, test, server, network hardware across onsite locations.
• Support full asset lifecycle: intake, labeling, storage, checkout, transfers, audits, end-of-life disposition.
• Perform routine physical inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies; maintain audit-ready records.
• Monitor equipment levels and availability; surface risks and prioritize assets based on needs.
• Coordinate equipment requests, fulfillment, movement, and handoffs with engineers and vendors.
• Maintain and improve internal inventory applications, dashboards, and SOPs.
