Job summary

AWS Data Center Asset & Documentation Coordinator role in Seattle, WA, seeks a detail-oriented professional to own asset and spare parts data through MBOMs in PLM systems. You’ll work with FE, Ops, and cross-functional partners to keep digital records accurate and accessible during large-scale events.

Required at least 2 years of program or project management, plus experience with MS Word/Excel and a Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 2+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working in engineering, data center, or technical operations environments.

Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain site asset and spare parts data through MBOMs.
• Ensure asset and spare part details match the digital record.
• Align and maintain data in PLM systems with FE and Ops teams.
• Proactively perform routine data scrubs and fix anomalies, seek automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with developers/TPMs to incorporate AI solutions to improve efficiency.
