Job summary

Blueprint Technologies, LLC is hiring a Data Center Operations & Systems Technician in Redmond, WA. The role involves hands-on data center installations, repairs, deployments, and 24/7 operational response across servers, networking, and storage.

You will coordinate tasks, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to client best practices and safety protocols. Requires onsite work and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data center operations, systems support, or similar.
• Able to independently install, troubleshoot, and decommission enterprise infrastructure.
• Familiar with TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, firewalls, and wireless networking.

Responsibilities

• Install, rack, stack, cable, and configure servers and network devices.
• Perform hardware repairs, replacements, and deployments per procedures.
• Monitor system health; resolve moderately complex hardware and connectivity issues.
• Configure switches, wireless access points, IPs, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and access controls.
• Image and deploy servers using MDT, WDS, PXE; apply updates and baseline configs.
• Plan installations and deployments with readiness checks and rollback steps.
