The Infrastructure Delivery Cluster Manager will guide a team of professionals, manage budgets, and coordinate with global partners to meet SLAs and safety standards. Travel and site assignments are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in operations or a related field.
• 3+ years of LEAN/6 Sigma experience (DMAIC, 5 Whys, root cause analysis).
• 7+ years of experience with network cabling, optics, and data center infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign tasks to data center technicians and operators; manage project scopes.
• Oversee inbound capacity, deployment stages, and cabling infra in data centers.
• Lead staff development, training, and compliance with best practices and SLAs.
• Provide weekly reports to the data center manager and coordinate resources across projects.
• Travel up to 10–20% as required by business needs.
