Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Delivery Cluster Manager to lead data center operations and capacity delivery across AWS facilities. You will guide teams, manage budgets, and drive automation to improve delivery efficiency while preserving network integrity.

Role involves coordinating network cabling initiatives, overseeing installation, and ensuring adherence to industry best practices with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years management experience in operations, critical infrastructure, manufacturing, production, or distribution.
• 7+ years experience with network cabling and test equipment in data centers.
• LEAN/6 Sigma methodology experience ( DMAIC / DVADV / 5 Whys ).

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign tasks to data center technicians and operators, project management, coaching, and documentation.
• Manage inbound capacity from receiving through deployment stages.
• Oversee network cabling infrastructure and installation in data centers.
• Provide strategic direction and training on best practices for service owner issues.
• Coordinate resources for projects, changes, and maintenance windows including on‑call needs.
• Recruit and train data technicians to ensure staffing levels.
